WeReachOut is a volunteer-operated, non-profit organization without any religious or political affiliation. Our platform offers free, reliable, and convenient services to facilitate personalized giving, enabling sponsors to support deserving students from their hometown, social network, or educational institution in India.

Registered as a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization in the United States, WeReachOut has dedicated resources to manage ongoing activities, ensuring that sponsors' contributions directly benefit their students and are tax-deductible.

What We Believe

We believe that every student with the desire and determination to succeed in life deserves an opportunity to excel, regardless of their background and financial circumstances.

We believe that both financial support and career guidance are essential in helping students achieve their full potential.

We also believe sponsors are best positioned to select deserving students through their contacts in India as beneficiaries of their sponsorship, recognizing the lasting positive impact on their lives, families, and society.

What We Do

We manage all sponsorship details, from collecting student details to distributing funds and monitoring progress. Sponsors receive regular updates via email and our website.

We help students gain essential skills through career guidance and encourage them to get involved in community services to promote social responsibility.

Our services are free, and we ensure that 100% of sponsors' contributions go directly to students' education, with no deductions for operating costs.

How We Do It

We make personalized giving possible by involving sponsors, students, and administrators at different stages in the sponsorship process to ensure it is both effective and impactful.

Sponsors submit the contact details of students they wish to support, ensuring direct engagement in the sponsorship process.

WeReachOut also assists sponsors in selecting students through our curated list of Students-In-Need on our website.

Our website allows sponsors to track their donations, sponsorship distributions, current balance, and students’ progress by year.

Students complete the Student Detail form, providing necessary information including their bank account details, to ensure smooth processing of sponsorships.

Upon receiving sponsorship funds, students will send an acknowledgment letter to confirm receipt of the sponsorship.

Students are encouraged to submit their updates to WeReachOut, ensuring that sponsors stay informed about their progress and achievements.

Administrators guide students through completing the Student Detail form, including bank account details to ensure seamless sponsorship distribution.

Upon reviewing the completed form, administrators activate the student record on our website to link them with their sponsors.

Administrators also collect & upload scanned copies of students' reports and receipts to make them available to their sponsors.
