Nandha Palanisamy, CFO   An accomplished IT professional, Nandhakumar is the work horse of WeReachOut. As CFO of the organization he not only keeps our books in order but also the website updated to address changing needs and is a true asset in this endeavor. Jerry Louis, Director   Jerry exemplifies the spirit of WeReachOut. A clear thinker and a very action-oriented individual, Jerry brings the practical approach to WeReachOut. He coordinates the communication and sponsorship activities in India always aiming for efficiency, fairness and best interests of sponsors and students alike, a truly committed and dedicated professional. Sathish Thurai, Director   A core contributor and visionary from the start, Sathish is instrumental in keeping the operations of WeReachOut finely tuned and focused on its objectives. Ever ready to shoulder responsibility he brings a vibrant spirit to the functioning of WeReachOut as a coherent and committed organization. Sastry Penumarthy, Director   A thought leader and a motivated individual, Sastry addresses aspects of US operations and communications thereof. An IT professional by training, he is dedicated to the cause and closely works with the board members to formulate strategy and coordinate WeReachOut activities. Satyam Kurapati, Secretary   A Network Engineer by profession, Satyam leads marketing operations at WeReachOut. An industrious individual with a deep social conscience and drive to help the underprivileged, Satyam eagerly engages in the day to day operations at WeReachOut. He brings a balanced and enthusiastic outlook to his role and is an integral part of the team that guides WeReachOut operations. He works at a leading valley network equipment maker in his day job. Pathrose M. Thasan, India Operations   Wereachout's representative in India, Mr. Thasan, is an able administrator with deep experience of over 15 years in addressing and managing social causes. An ardent, socially conscientious individual, he takes care of our operations in India and operates from Chennai. An accomplished writer with 6 books in print, he strongly believes in equal rights for all and espouses his cause through motivational talks to children and has a penchant for organizing programs and sessions.

USA Advisory board   Sandeep Johri   Sandeep is the sounding board and guiding force for taking Wereachout to new frontiers. Possessing an extensive industry experience and management expertise Sandeep keeps Wereachout on an even keel and actively counsels the board on future initiatives. He also mentors the board through positive discussions and injecting ideas for growth and direction. He brings to Wereachout a keen sense for positioning this organization not only as a professional, growth-oriented entity but more importantly, true to its mission and vision. Wereachout is making rapid strides towards growth, professionalism and operational efficiency under his able guidance. Professionally he is the Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at Hewlett-Packard Software Global Business Unit. Frans Xavier   An IT Director at a leading Silicon Valley company, Fran was also running the US operations of SVI. He drives the fund raising initiatives and is very successful in securing resources for funding educational initiatives for needy children in India. As a key member of WeReachOut he brings to this role all his experience and expertise along with a proven track record of generating much needed resources for social causes. Shiraaz Bhabha   An artist par excellence, Shiraaz assists WeReachout position itself professionally by helping in the design of the website and key features thereof. She is helping create an appealing and slick interface for the online presence of WeReachOut by collaborating with our Technology team. This association will position WeReachOut stronger in marketing and presenting a professional image. Savariyar Innasimuthu   An IT professional, working with IBM, Savariyar is an ardent Individual with a deep social conscience. He is a co-founder of SVI and is involved hands-on in coaching under-privileged kids and preparing them for their future. With SVI merging with WeReachOut, Savariyar will continue to be part of the WeReacOut and is a significant resource in achieving its mission. India Advisory board   C. Kandaswamy   Mr. Kandaswamy, who recently joined WeReachOut, is the Principal of the LIC Sales Training Center in South India. As a key person in WeReachOut's field operations in India, he plays an important role in shaping and directing operations and organization policies there and brings an extensive operations experience to this role. He dedicates valuable time to WeReachOut in spite of his busy career at LIC. Borgia Soosai   Borgia, an IT professional, is one of the founders of SVI, now merged with WeReachOut. SVI is very active and successful in providing educational resources to under privileged children and Borgia plays a very instrumental role in making it happen. He will be leading the Indian operations of WeReachOut and brings to this role extensive experience and expertise. A very seasoned professional, he is also the co-founder of www.sednaspace. com. Anthony Rajan   As a co-founder of SVI, Mr. Rajan is actively involved in addressing the educational needs of children that do not have the resources to do so. He is a banking professional who is also deeply involved in various social causes and has been serving non-profit and charitable causes for the past 15 years. He will be very actively dealing with WeReachOut operations in India using his extensive experience as well as his unwavering dedication to the cause of child upliftment through education. Anthony Muthu   Mr. Muthu, retired from the Police Force after a distinguished period of service and is part of the team that is leading WeReachOut operations in India. A very welcome addition to the team, he will assist in directing our operations there bringing to it his invaluable experience and expertise in Law enforcement and social justice. Fr.Stanislaus   Fr Stanislaus runs the organization Punar Jeevan that does yeoman service in helping the underprivileged in South India. He is an integral partner of WeReachOut's field operations, and is the conduit for routing sponsorship funds to recipients via his organization.
